Online appointment booking updateMarch 2011 Since introducing online appointment booking we have had a steady increase in uptake. All the feedback from patients has been extremely positive. Please note that the nurse practitioner is now also prescribing independantly and as a result is no longer doing nursing duties, such as ear syringing, immunisations, dressings, etc. We are hoping to continue to expand this service.
