We strive to provide a quality service at all times. Much of the service we provide is not easily quantifiable. We take particular care to provide a helpful, friendly and efficient service to all our patients. There will be times when due to demand we might not be able to provide exactly what you want but we will always try to be helpful and treat you with respect.
Some parts of our performance are more quantifiable. If you are interested, the following give you an idea of our performance in comparison to national averages.
QOF
This is a national program setting targets for all GP surgeries
in mainly clinical areas. It covers many chronic diseases such
as diabetes, heart disease, strokes, asthma, etc.

Clinical and organisational quality 07/08 99.8% (1%
above PCT average and 3% above national average)
Patient survey 07/08 100% (3% above national average)

Patient Satisfaction
We do carry out an annual patient satisfaction survey.
Each year we identify an area we would like to improve and make
a plan to do so. Last years result were as follows.
