Complaints Procedure


We always try to give you the best service possible and welcome patients’ suggestions for improvement by use of our suggestion box sited in the waiting room.

If you do have a problem, please discuss the matter with a member of staff, or ask to see the Practice Manager who is here to help. A copy of our Complaints Procedure can be obtained from reception at any time.
